A lovely surprise
The first room we were given had a chilly and damp atmosphere, but when we requested a room change, the staff kindly accommodated us. However, we had to share a single bed with our child as it was their last available room. Sadly, the room lacked tea/coffee making facilities and there was no switch to turn off the bathroom light. Despite these minor inconveniences, the staff were absolutely delightful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
